B2C special product design task force
Coaching Platform
Giving an invisible service a product people could touch.
The Problem
Blinkist had a coaching offering. Coaches were doing real work. But the product didn't exist in any tangible way. No platform. No landing page. No tooling. Sales had to explain the entire value prop verbally. Nothing to point at, nothing to demo. The service was real. The product was a ghost.
My role
Worked solo on product, collaborating with the coaching team and sales reps. Designed the landing page to give the service its first public presence. Built the platform: automation for coaches, one place for participants to access sessions, materials, and history.

The outcome
Sales could finally show the product instead of describing it. Coaches stopped doing manual admin. Participants got everything in one place instead of scattered emails and calendar invites.
One Content Format
Six new content types from one architectural decision.
The Problem
Every content format in the app had its own UI, its own logic, its own maintenance overhead. Adding a new format meant building from scratch. Users noticed the inconsistency. The content team wrestled with format-specific constraints. Developers dealt with format-specific bugs. The architecture was holding everyone back.
My role
Worked with two other designers and the dev team to unify all content formats into one flexible system. Not a reskin. We defined layouts flexible enough to support six new format types, rigid enough to keep the content team from breaking things.

The outcome
Content maintenance time dropped 24%. The unified format unlocked six new content types that weren't possible before. The gap between designers, developers, and the content team got smaller. Same system, less alignment overhead.
Other projects
Variety of B2B and B2C projects during my time at Blinkist.
